Rocky Road Fudge in a 4 oz square
Fudge made with cane sugar, 71% cacao fairly traded origin dark chocolate, heavy cream, and non-GMO corn syrup mixed in a large copper kettle to the perfect temperature. Then we stir in walnuts and marshmallows and pour out in 4 oz slabs.
Ingredients: sugar, 71% origin dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass), heavy whipping cream (milk), butter (cream, milk, salt), non-GMO corn syrup, potassium sorbate ( a natural preservative), walnuts, and mini marshmallows (corn syrup, sugar, cornstarch, dextrose, water, gelatin).
