At Sweet Mona's, we carefully select the shipping method that best protects your order based on your destination, weather conditions, and the time of year. While we frequently ship via USPS Priority Mail, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service that will provide the safest and most reliable delivery for your chocolates.

To help ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition during the warmer months, Warm Weather Shipping is required from May through September. This service includes insulated packaging and ice packs and is available for a flat fee of $15.00 per shipment.

Because temperatures can vary by region, Sweet Mona's reserves the right to require Warm Weather Shipping outside of these months when conditions warrant. Our goal is simple: to deliver your chocolates in the best possible condition.
