RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Each order is packaged to ship with the utmost care. We guarantee that your order will arrive fresh and as expected. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make every effort to satisfy your needs up to and including replacing your product with a product of equal or lesser value or refunding your money if requested. Requests for refunds must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please notify us by e-mail at mona@sweetmonas.com to request an exchange or a refund.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Sweet Mona's typically ships U.S.P.S. Priority mail. However, Sweet Mona's reserve the right to choose different carriers when required. Products usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Products ordered on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Most packages arrive within three days from the time that the product is shipped from our retail store unless shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. In this case, shipping may take up to seven days.

Chocolate shipped to warm climates is sent at the risk of melting. Packages shipped from May through September are shipped in a Mylar bag with ice packs. During these months products are only shipped on Monday or Tuesday after the product is ordered and may incur an additional charge. There is no guarantee expressed or implied when shipping to warm climates.
