RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Every order is carefully handcrafted, packaged, and inspected before it leaves Sweet Mona's.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include replacing your product with one of equal or lesser value or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at mona@sweetmonas.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if your order was damaged during transit.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Sweet Mona's carefully selects the shipping method that best protects your order based on destination, weather conditions, and time of year. While we frequently ship via USPS Priority Mail, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service that we believe will provide the safest and most reliable delivery.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally shipped the following Monday. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.

Warm Weather Shipping

To help ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition, Warm Weather Shipping is required May through September. This service includes insulated packaging and ice packs and is available for a flat fee of $15.00 per shipment.

Because weather conditions vary throughout the country, Sweet Mona's reserves the right to require Warm Weather Shipping outside of these months whenever temperatures warrant.

If a customer chooses not to purchase Warm Weather Shipping, Sweet Mona's cannot be responsible for melting or heat-related damage that occurs during transit.

While we cannot control shipping delays or extreme weather once a package leaves our facility, we are committed to working with our customers whenever possible to resolve shipping-related concerns.
