4. Shipping

Shipping methods are selected based on destination, weather conditions, and the protection of your order. While we frequently use USPS Priority Mail, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service that best ensures safe delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping is required during the warmer months and may also be required at other times based on temperatures along the shipping route. Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Sweet Mona's.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our products are produced in a facility that processes common food allergens, including but not limited to milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and other ingredients.
