Slow-cooked in a traditional copper kettle, this fudge combines cane sugar, 45% cacao fairly traded origin milk chocolate, heavy cream, and non-GMO corn syrup. Cooked to the perfect temperature and poured by hand, it has the rich, creamy texture great fudge should have. Presented in 8 oz slabs.
