Rich and deeply chocolatey, this walnut fudge is handcrafted in-house in a traditional copper kettle with cane sugar, 71% cacao fairly traded origin dark chocolate, heavy cream, non-GMO corn syrup and walnuts. Cooked to the proper temperature and poured by hand, it has a smooth, creamy texture with plenty of walnut crunch. Presented in an 8 oz slab.
