Chocolate Dipped Sugar Cookie

Old Fashioned sugar cookie is dipped in chocolate. During the regular season, it is half dipped with nonpareils sprinkled on it. During other seasons, it's spray pained appropriate for the season. Each cookie is individually wrapped.
