These caramels are truly the best you've ever tasted. They are meticulously made in small batches in a large copper kettle and then poured out on a marble table and cut by hand. They come covered in milk or dark chocolate, and some are magically sprinkled with Hawaiian white sea salt.
The cacao we use is grown in Ecuador and Venezuela and are ethically sourced. The beans are manufactured into chocolate in the Belgian tradition. We use cane sugar, regional cream, and non-gmo corn syrup.
